Student Perceptions of Electronic Textbooks in a Public Speaking Course – A Case Study
- Study 1 – Quantitative evaluation of Personal Report of Communication Apprehension
- Survey (PRCA) data from students two semesters before electronic textbook implementation, and two semester following electronic textbook implementation (sameinstructor, class procedures).
- Study 2 – Qualitative phenomenological study of current public speaking students regarding the effectiveness of the electronic textbook.
- The findings of this study would be used to further stimulate and inform research on the use of electronic textbooks, both in public speaking courses and in college courses in general.
